NALCO Recruitment 2017: NALCO (National Aluminum Company Ltd), is premier PSU, is inviting applications for the post of Advisor (Research and Development), Advisor (land), Advisor (Coal), and Advisor (Corporate Affairs). The appointment will be done on the contract basis and will be done for one year only. This contract period can be curtailed or extended on the basis of the selected candidates’ performance.

Candidates wishing to apply for the Advisor (Research and Development) post must have an engineering degree in any field. All those who possess an M.Tech or MBA degree or M.Sc with Ph.D. will be preferred. The Advisor (Land) post needs graduates in any area. Preference will be given to the ones who have post graduate diploma or degree in law and/or management.
Candidates who have a degree in the area of Mining Engineering and first class certificate of Mines manager are eligible for the post of Advisor (Coal). All those who have done CA (Chartered Accountancy), FCS or ACS (Company Secretary ship), or CMA (Cost Accountancy) can apply for the post of Advisor (Corporate Affairs).
Candidates must have work experience of at least twenty years as a Technologist, Scientist or Executive (Technical Cadre) in a respected metal manufacturing company, lab approved by DSIR or public sector undertaking to apply for the Advisor (Research and Development). Their work experience must include the review of commissioning, selecting and specifying the lab equipment on the basis of the objectives of long term projects of the lab. They must have proven experience, knowledge and track record as the project manager or leader in research or scientific related work.
Candidates applying for the Advisor (and must have exposure to the working in KBK regions for over five years. Out of these five years, one year must have been dedicated to working at the position of Land Acquisition Officer. All those wishing to be selected for the position of Advisor (coal) post must have work experience of a minimum of 20 years in the executive grade. Out of these twenty years, five years must have been dedicated to the Coal mining projects and must be working in association with developing project activities related to coal mining.
The position of Advisor (Corporate Affairs) needs executive grade experience of a minimum of 20 years. Out of these twenty years, a minimum of two years must have been dedicated to the positions of the level GM (E8) or ED (E9) in any central or state government organization. Alternatively, they can have twenty-year experience in the corporate affairs of private sectors like business development, etc.
